Enterprise Park Lanes will be hosting a bowl-a-thon to help aid the fight against breast cancer. We would like you to join us Saturday, April 3, 2010, as we knock down pins to knock out breast cancer. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
Breast cancer is the most prevalent type of cancer in the world today. Globally, a case of breast cancer is diagnosed every 29 seconds. In the United States alone, an estimated 178,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer in women and 2,030 new cases of breast cancer in men will be diagnosed in 2008 (Susan G. Komen Foundation, 2008 Fact Sheet).
